Legalization of signing

Conditions of obtaining :
- The document presented for legalization of signing must not be contrary to the good mœurses and not to carry reach to the public order.
- It must be written in Arabian language or in language generally used by the administration.
- The claimant of the benefit must answer to conditions legal of the legal capacity for signing.
- The claimant must present an official piece proving his/her identity.
- The claimant must present himself and must sign personally.
( exception made to cases of set down signings to the municipal registers)

Pieces to provide :
- The document to legalize.
- The official piece proving the identity:
* carte of identity
* passport

Stages of the benefit :
- After presenting the document to legalize.
- To immediately sign it in front of the loaded administrative agent of the signing legalization.
- Transcription of data on the official register opened to this effect.
- The signing by the claimant in the register.
- Payment of the due right.
- To put information and seals required as well as the date on the document.
- Signing of the agent with precision of his/her identity and his/her quality

Deposit / Obtaining:
- The township
- Municipal precinct

Delays :
- Immediately

Observation :
- For people illiterates
- Incapable to sign a reading of the document presented for legalization of signing will be made them in presence of two witnesses worthy of faith accompanied by their identity map.
- All it is mentioned to the register.
