Family record book

Conditions of obtaining:
- The beneficiary must be a Tunisian and married

Pieces to provide:
- A Photo of identity of the family's chief.
- Excerpt of the marriage act.
- Excerpt of birth of each of the two spouses.
- Excerpt of birth of the family's other members (in case of obtaining of a duplicate of the booklet or his/her renewal or deliverance after the out-flow of a certain delay after the marriage).
- Excerpt of the death certificate of the conjoined when the booklet must be delivered to the mother.
- An expedition of the divorce judgment for the that has the care of children.
- An expedition of the divorce judgment for the mother who has the care of children
- Royalties on the family record book

Stages of the benefit :
- Present a demand to the officer of civil state of the precinct or the contract of marriage to been concluded accompanied of the justifying pieces and to provide informations required.
For those that got married before the date of enactment of the relative law in the civil state of 1957 the family record book is delivered them by the officer of civil state of the spouse's birth place.
For the Tunisian that celebrated their marriage outside of the national territory the family record book is delivered them territorially by the diplomatic agents or consuls competent that transcribed the act of marriage.

Place of the deposit and of obtaining :
- Office of the civil state to the township or the local precinct.
- Loaded office of the civil state of the consulate or the embassy.

Delays :
- Immediately on occasion of the conclusion of the marriage contract and in the delay of one week in the other cases
