Declaration of birth

Who declares:
the parents, doctors, midwives, the person who witnessed the birth or the owner of the place where the birth took place

When to declare :
the birth shall be declared within 10 days

Where to declare :
the birth shall be declared to the competent registrar ( in the district of which the birth took place)

NOTE :
if the legal deadline is not observed, an authorization of declaration shall be issued by the president of the first instance court of competent jurisdiction.
